Sympathetic restoration of listed farmhouse, South Derbyshire. Works included cut, mitred & bracketed staircases and structural landings all built in-situ. A cantilevered, barrel-vaulted front porch, internal oak doors and external arched doors & frames were made in the workshop as per original designs.

Complete restoration of listed rectory, south Derbyshire

The building was in a very run-down state of repair. Works included structural repairs to floors and beams, new sash & casement windows and staircases. One of the key features of this project was the restoration of the main reception room, with hand-built oak panelling, to the architect’s design.

1960's bungalow refurbishment, showing before and after photos. The project included design, manufacture and fitting of windows, porch and new dormer to loft. All internal and external joinery renewed to high specification.
